STEPS TO LIST A PROPERTY

Consult with an Agent
During our first meeting we will walk around the property, discuss the potenial list price, and sign the brokerage agreement, along with other doucments such as HOA, water sewage information, and seller disclosure.

Place the House on the Market
After all the forms are signed, the house is cleaned, staged, and pictures are taken, we will input the property on multiple listing services such as Georgia MLS, First MLS, and Keller Williams Listing Service. We will also advertise through Facebook and Instagram.

Due Dilgence Period
During this phase, the earnest money will be held and the buyers will have the option to order inspections.

Clear the house of belonings
Before advertising the property, personal belongings should be removed. Your property should be cleaned in order for the photographer come in to take the best photos of the property.

Offers & Negogiations
We will wait for the offers to come through. Then assist with negogiations. The client will then select the best offer. The property will officially be under contract.
06
Closing Day
All parties will meet at the attorney's office to sign all the offical paperwork. The seller will hand over the keys to the new owners.
